Haven’t gotten a reply to your email? Please check your Spam folder.

If you have sent us an email and haven’t received a reply within 24 business hours, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Because we sent a lot of emails to customers, there is a high chance that the first emails we sent you may be accidentally identified listed a spam by email filters.

If you do find our email in Spam or Junk folder, please make sure to mark it as “Not Spam or Junk" to prevent this issue from reoccurring.

You can also check the status of your support requests by using this support website.  All you need to do is register using the same email address you used to contact us.

After you have registered, a verification email will automatically be sent out to your email address. Simply click on the link within the email to verify your account and you will then be able to log in to our support website and see the status of any support requests, update requests, and even reply online.

Note: You can also start an Instant Chat with one of our local support representatives to check the status of your support request.

We strive to reply to all support requests within one business day, though sometimes it may take up to three business days to receive a response if we are very busy or if you have unusual issues.
