Activities are being marked as incorrect even though they were answered correctly. How do I resolve this issue?

Step 1. Uninstall the previous version of Flash Player

To remove the old Flash Player plug-in from your computer, please download and run the appropriate uninstaller on each computer with this issue.

  1. Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller: 

  2. Save the file to your computer, choosing a location where you can find it (for example, your desktop). Macintosh users may need to open or unstuff the .hqx file.

  3. Close or quite ALL running applications, including all Internet Explorer or other browser windows.

  4. Run the uninstaller. This will remove Adobe Flash Player from all browsers on the system.

Step 2. Install the latest version of Flash Player

To install the latest Flash Player plug-in, click on the below link and then follow the instructions on the web page.
