How Do I Check the Status of My Tickets Submitted to Technical Product Support?

You can use the Self-Service system on this support website to check the status of your tickets submitted, update, or reply.

1. Enter your Email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Lost Password" and supply the necessary information.  Your password will be emailed to you.

2. Click on View Tickets to see all of the tickets you have submitted.  You can update and reply to your request.
