Product(s): General Clearing the Java Plug-in cache ensures that the browser loads the latest versions of Java applications and applets. Occasionally, after an application update you may experience usability issues because the files stored in your browser's cache are out of date. If an application uses Java application or applet as a plug-in, we recommend that you clear your browser's cache to see if that resolves the issue before you contact Customer Technical Support.
