Instructors or students normally get this message when trying to enroll in a course for which you do not have permission to access. The master instructor (original instructor), who created the course, will have to grant you access.

Master Instructor

To grant a student or another instructor access to your course, you must first log in to your course.

After you have logged into your course, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Gradebook
  2. Select Manage Roster
  3. Select the names you would like to grant access to your course
  4. Click on Grant Access. The student or teacher should now be able to access your course.
