How to I request a refund for Online Subscription Purchases?

Technical Support cannot process refund requests. Please contact the seller from whom the purchase was made to request a refund.

Pearson Online Subscription Purchases

To request a refund for an online subscription you purchased directly from a Pearson Education web site, please send Customer Service an email that includes the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Order ID or Account ID
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.

If you were billed in US dollars (USD) email webaccesscs@pearson.com.
If you were billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) email cdn.smsordr@pearsoned.com.
If you were billed in UK pounds sterling (GBP) email heenquiriesuk@pearson.com.
If you were billed in Australian dollars (AUD) email customer.service@pearson.com.au.
