Workaround:
  1) Login as an instructor.
  2) Go to course level Preference.
  3) Click on the Activity tab.
  4) Select the edit link under the preference column of the corresponding activity type (ex: - “homework” if homework activity type is affected), the activity preference pop up window opens.
  5) Go to general tab of the pop up window; uncheck the preference "Show Immediate Feedback".
  6) Check the radio button of the preference "Display 1 question(s) per page"
  7) Then enable the preference "Show Immediate Feedback"
  8) Click 'Apply to all' button and save it.
  9) The content/questions of the activity loads in the presentation.
