Users of the following products: Longman English Interactive Focus on Grammar Interactive Understanding and Using English Grammar Fundamental of English Grammar Teacher Development Interactive

We recently informed you that after December 31, 2014, we will no longer support the old platform on which the above products are hosted.  To learn more about the upgrade to the new MyEnglishLab, click here

Please take a few minutes to check that you are able to log into the new platform using your existing account [Click here to log in now]. If you run into issues logging in, please refer to the below Help Guide on steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Challenge

Solution

I forgot my login name or password.

1. Click here to request your password.
Provide your Email Address, Login Name or both. An email containing your Login Name and password will be sent to the email address on record.

2. Now, try to log into the new MyEnglishLab platform using your existing login name and password.

The MyEnglishLab platform does not accept my password.

If your password for the old platform contains UPPERCASE letters (e.g. STudent1):

1. Try logging into MyEnglishLab platform using all lowercase letters (Example. student1).

2. If you still cannot log in, click here to update your account and change your password to all lowercase letters, and include at least one number.

3. Now try to log into the new MyEnglishLab platform using your new all-lowercase password.

If your password for the previous platform DOES NOT
contain UPPERCASE letters (e.g. STudent1):


1. Click here to contact technical support via email  
   or Live Chat and provide your login name.

2. Technical Support will check your account to
   identify the issue.

I have logged into the new MyEnglishLab platform successfully, but I cannot see the product I have been using in the old platform.

1. Click here to contact technical support via email or Live Chat and provide your login name and password.

2. Technical Support will update your account to ensure you have the correct product.

I have logged into the new MyEnglishLab platform successfully as a teacher, but I cannot create a course.

1. Click here to contact technical support via email or Live Chat and provide your login name.

2. Technical Support will update your account to ensure you can create courses.

I have students in my class with login issues. What can I do?

1. Click here to download and complete the MyEnglishLab Registration Assistance form.

2. Email the form to technical support at epsupport@pearson.com and we will review your students’ accounts to ensure they can log in.
