How to use this new support website (Take a Tour)

Dear Customers,

As you may have noticed, we have upgraded your ELT product support website.  This upgrade provides several new features and enhancements including:

  • New and easy to use straightforward navigation
  • You can view and manage your support requests online. Lab administrators or coordinators can also manage the school-wide support requests.
  • Website interface translated in about 17 languages with select Knowledgebase items translated as well.  We are currently working on adding new translated Knowledgebase items very soon.
  • Enhanced customer profiles allows you to add multiple email address, telephone numbers and even your photo
  • Advance rating and commenting now available on Knowledgebase items.
  • New customer technical support survey. Let us know how we can improve to better serve you.
  • Stay up to date with RSS Feed.  Subscribe for New Alerts.
  • Enhanced Live Chat provides faster respond
