Because we sent a lot of emails to customers, there is a high chance that the first emails we sent you may be accidentally identified listed a spam by email filters.

You can also check the status of your support requests by using this support website.  All you need to do is register using the same email address you used to contact us.

After you have registered, a verification email will automatically be sent out to your email address. Simply click on the link within the email to verify your account and you will then be able to log in to our support website and see the status of any support requests, update requests, and even reply online.

Note: You can also start an Instant Chat with one of our local support representatives to check the status of your support request.

We strive to reply to all support requests within one business day, though sometimes it may take up to three business days to receive a response if we are very busy or if you have unusual issues.

We have recently discovered a compatibility issue with the latest version of Java 6 Update 19 or Update 20. This is affecting all drag-n-drop activities. These versions of Java are currently not yet fully supported by the MyLabs system. If you have installed Java version Java 6 Update 19 or Update 20 and experiencing issues, please follow the below steps to resolve the issues.

Step 1: Uninstall Java 6 Update 19 or 20

1. Click on Start >> Control Panel >> and open Add/Remove programs.
2. Find Java (TM) 6 Update 19 or 20 on the list and then click on the Remove button. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Java.
   
3. Restart your computer after uninstalling Java.

Step 2: Install the supported version of Java 6 Update 21

1. Click Here to download the latest version of Java 6 update 21. This version of Java is currently supported.
2. Once the download completes, run the executable file and follow the on-screen instructions to install Java 6 Update 21.
3. Restart your computer after the installation.
4. The MyLabs drag-n-drop activities should now work fine. 
   

-- Extract/unzip the file and double click it
-- You should get a message confirming the patch has been successfully applied. Now the software will ask once more to verify the disc, after which it will run without it.
